Information provided by users: typically the information we collect directly from users is their contact details, payment or billing data, and relationship information such as the content of customer service requests that you initiate. While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, MCE and its affiliates and service providers are each committed to protect all data processed by it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and customary industry standards, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.

Despite the fact that the United Kingdom is no longer a Member State of the European Union, MCE Systems Inc. continues to comply with the terms of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework also with respect to the collection, use and retention of Personal Data transferred from the United Kingdom to the United States, or with any successor framework between the United Kingdom and the United States.

(v)Keeping your information safe:We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Website.However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
