Role Description

At mce, product managers are responsible for our platform which services multiple customers (B2B2C) worldwide!

Our strategy relies on providing best of class services to our customers in the domain of mobile device lifecycle. Doing so with products on any channel: mobile apps & embedded SDK, web apps, PC apps (local installations) and back-end services and management tools for the platform. We plan our roadmap based on customer needs and requirements and adjust our platform to suite the need of all customers


As a Product Manager you will be involved in all of these products and services. From requirement gathering, to detailed design and working in an agile fashion with your dev team.

What will your responsibilities be

  • Gather requirements from customer in workshops and ongoing sessions and adjust development plan accordingly

  • Conduct design sessions with stakeholders in an effective - result oriented manner

  • Scope, plan, and manage multiple design projects from strategic product definition to launch.

  • Build and maintain a Project roadmap for features and customer requirements from initiation to delivery

  • Provide customer facing design documents and internal technical specs for dev

  • Work with UI/UX designers to achieve best design.

  • Own, accept and support the R&D efforts and deliver them onwards with accountability

What skills you’ll need

  • Manage several customer projects simultaneously (same platform different customers / features)

  • Write elegant documentation to serve marketing, sales and support for new and existing features

  • Ensure that deadlines are met, while providing an exemplary creative product, and keeping the standards of executional and operational excellence.

  • 3+ years of Industry experience in product management - A MUST

    • A startup / small company - an advantage 

  • Superb interpersonal skills and experience with project-client management - A MUST.

  • Highly skilled in asking questions and getting answers

  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.

  • Technical orientation - be able to read code and find what you need in a multilingual code repository

  • Autodidact - you will need to learn a lot on the flow and be able to track the information by yourself

  • Analytics background - an advantage
