MCE Trade-in Report: What's holding back the mobile trade-in marketplace?

The average American household has 4 or more phones gathering dust in drawers, a total of 550 million idle phones, representing $50-60 billion of unclaimed value. We surveyed 3,000 US mobile phone owners to find out why more of them aren't trading in their phones, and what mobile operators can do to change the situation.
