Vodafone UK has partnered with the world’s leading digital device lifecycle management (dDLM) solution provider MCE Systems, to deliver a guaranteed device trade-in price to each of its 18 million subscribers across the United Kingdom via the MyVodafone app.
The partnership has resulted in several cooperative projects, including MCE's inclusion in Vodafone's coveted annual digital report and Varun Krishnan's participation as a guest speaker on a panel webinar titled "dDLM - an Emerging Differentiator for Telcos" hosted by Mobile World Live.
The webinar highlights the importance of #dDLM and how it removes friction from customer journeys to unlock windfall revenues and margins for M(V)NOs.
